Q Which safety standards do your hi-vis garments comply with?

Our products are rigorously tested and certified to comply with major international standards, including:

▪ AS/NZS 1906.4 (For Australia and New Zealand)

Q What are the differences between ANSI Class 2, Class 3, and EN ISO 20471 Level 2, Level 3

A In simple terms, the Class/Level indicates the amount of visible background and reflective material, which determines the minimum viewing distance and suitable working environment. Q What kind of reflective materials do you use? (e.g., 3M™)

A We primarily use premium 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective tape for its exceptional durability, brightness, and washability. We can also source other brands per your requirement. This ensures long-lasting visibility and safety for your workforce.
Q What customization options do you offer?

▪ Design: Custom colors, placement of pockets, adding specific features like breakaway seams.

Q What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A For standard customized items (e.g., with a logo), our typical MOQ is 500 pieces per style/color. However, we are flexible. For smaller trial orders or complex designs, please contact us to discuss a feasible solution. We value long-term partnerships.
Q Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We strongly encourage sampling. We offer:

▪ Standard Sample: A blank garment for you to check quality and fit (may be free, you pay shipping).

▪ Customized Sample: A garment with your logo and specific details (at a sample cost).

This ensures we are 100% aligned before mass production.
Q What are your shipping methods and delivery times?

We ship globally via reliable partners like DHL, FedEx, and sea freight.

▪ Express (DHL/FedEx): 5-10 business days.

▪ Air Freight: 7-15 business days.

▪ Sea Freight: 25-40 business days (most cost-effective for large orders).

▪ A detailed quote with shipping options and lead times will be provided.
Q How do you handle shipping costs?

A Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and chosen method. For large orders, we often offer FOB (Free On Board) terms. You will see a clear breakdown of costs before payment.
Q What payment terms do you accept?

We accept secure international payment methods:

▪ T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

▪ L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptable for large orders.

▪ PayPal: Typically for sample payments or small orders.
Q What is your quality control process?

A Quality is our priority. We have a strict Four-Step QC Process: 1) Incoming material inspection, 2) In-line production checks, 3) Pre-shipment final inspection, and 4) Random sampling. We can provide inspection reports upon request.
Q What if I need to re-order or add items to an existing order?

A We keep your design specifications and size sets on file to ensure consistency in re-orders. Simply contact your dedicated account manager for a quick and easy process.
